  Fantastic salon. Great hairdressers. Their colour work is amazing. Their beauty therapist, Steph, is phenomenal. Her nail work is exquisite and her beauty work is second to none. Highly recommended.

  The young hairdressers are so friendly and professional in their manner. I doubt I would ever stop having my hair done there.

  I'm actually crying.
  
  What a disappointing experience.
  
  I thought my appt was at 10am, it was at 8am. So my mistake from the beginning.
  
  When they rang at 8.15 I quickly rang back and said "5 minutes" instinctively. But I'm in Kilmore so I got there in 12 minutes.
  
  I ran in apologising profusely, to be met with;
  
  "I have another appt in 20 minutes, so you will have to pay a $50 cancellation fee and come back at 9.30 for your hair cut".
  
  Well hang on, I'm here now I'm actually not cancelling my appt at all.
  
  "Can you just cut my hair?" And she responded no, she had another client coming in soon.
  
  I said I had just raced from Kilmore and she said "we thought you were just around the corner" well okay, I was 7 minutes longer than I said I would be.
  
  She didn't want to offer any other services for the20 minutes remaining of MY appointment. I'm a single mum, I saved up for a colour and cut (after having no beauty done during all of Covid) and I got a sitter, and I waited nearly 3 weeks for this appt to come.
  
  Only to leave with $50 less in my wallet, tears down my face and my hair exactly the same.
  
  God, she could have washed my hair and blow dried it.
  She could have trimmed my dead ends?
  
  She didn't even try to offer anything to me, nearly every other hair dresser I've ever experienced would have offered something.
  
  I did not cancel my appt, yet I was made to pay a cancellation fee.
  
  My tears have dried, it's probably nothing to cry over - but after the year we have all had, a tiny bit of empathy would have been such an easy thing for 1 person.. and would have actually meant the world to another person.
  
  Now it's time to search around and find another hair appt. And write the correct time on my forehead in permanent marker.
